Generates a collection of contingency tables describing the prevalence of mental disorder categories within population subgroups.

Arguments

data_xx

Input prevalence dataset.

agents_dt

Synthetic population.

disorders_chr

Names of disorder variables to generate.

conditioned_on_chr

Variables used to condition prevalence distributions.

logic_vals_chr

Labels representing positive and negative outcomes.

missing_ls

Optional definitions for missing combinations.

output_1L_chr

Output type.

parent_val_1L_chr

Positive value for the parent condition.

parent_var_1L_chr

Name of the parent condition variable.

scale_by_1L_dbl

Scaling factor used when converting proportions to counts.

Value

A named list of contingency tables.

Details

One contingency table is created for each disorder supplied in disorders_chr.
